Congratulations to our team of primary pupils who attended the Hertfordshire Primary Panathlon competition today …….and were the winners!!

The event, held at Wodson Park in Ware, is organised by Panathlon Challenge, a national charity which provides sporting opportunities for disabled young people. The Primary Panathlon programme provides an introduction to Panathlon for 5-11-year olds, through a team competition that builds foundation skills in a range of Panathlon sports. Primary Panathlon sports include parachute popcorn, polybat, precision bean bag, new age kurling, boccia blast, flight path, skittles, slam dunk, Messi football skills and table cricket.

The team had a fantastic day and were all very happy when they arrived back at school with their gold medals …and a trophy!!  Well done to the team – we are all very proud of them.
